The International Center for Culture and Arts of the Federation of Trade Unions of Ukraine, more commonly known as the October Palace, is an architectural monument designed and built in 1842 by renowned architect Victorian Beretti.
The specified building was designed for the needs of the Institute of noble girls until 1917.
One of the largest theatrical hall in Kyiv: it accommodates more than two thousand spectators.
